If something is bothering you and you don’t do something about it, then it does something within you. And you prison your feelings.
It can backfire on you.
If something is bothering you and you do something about it, the process itself often – not always – makes the problem go away.
Have you ever said: «I’m glad I got it out of my head!»
Then you have experienced what I am talking about.
Voice your thoughts and feelings! Get them out into the open, outside of your head and body. Then it is immediately easier – not uncomplicated – to deal with them and process them.
What you resist, remains.
Until you voice your thoughts and feelings and begin the work of sorting them out, you’ll be stuck with them.
Don’t! NIKE it: Just Do It! Own it and voice it.
