I love everything that happens in and between people. All my life, since I was a teenager, I have been privileged to work with people, leaders and teams who have set goals and who work together with others to achieve them.
The most beautiful thing I know is when people, leaders or teams who are in a demanding situation straighten themselves up, fix their eyes on the goal and take new steps, in a renewed hope that they will make it this time – and never give up.
Alongside my main work, I run DREIESKIVA Roald Kvam for courses and coaching. Simply because I love to see people, leaders and teams break their barriers, overcome their mistakes and achieve their goals.
My favorite course is called 1+1=3.
Because this is my math: Together we are more than what each of us brings to the table.
Sometimes we make a poor choice – or life itself takes an unexpected turn – and we end up in the ditch.
Restarting is demanding. Believe me, I know!
But hear me out:
You can bounce back from anything.
ANYTHING!
Breath in. Breath out. And lean on someone.
Because TOGETHER we can solve it. None of us alone are as smart as all of us together. None of us are designed to cope with life alone.
We are co-workers on each other’s joy!
