Most of the things worth doing doesn’t have to be done perfect the 1st time you try to.
As humans, leaders and co-workers, we do well to recognize a good effort.
Most of what we do needs some time and a few yards as imperfect before it reaches the finish line as something resembling perfect – or what we imagined that «perfect» would be, at the starting line.
It is counterproductive to be too hard on yourself. Don’t expect perfection right away.
Although self-criticism can be healthy – «mirror, mirror on the wall» – it should not be destructive. And it is destructive and unfair to expect an unrealistic level from yourself as well as from others.
Believe me: There is no need to do things perfectly the first time you do them.
Why not? The very life we live tell me so.
You will spend more time in the PROGRESS WITH IMPERFECTION – growing, learning, falling, restarting, re-learning, developing – than time in the PERFECT.
So embrace the imperfect.
It is perfect!
It is pure beauty.
It is called «the human life».
